Subjective view on Marksman Rifles in The Division. In my opinion they should be able to one shot players, not all of them of course, but if you aim for a head with low mag, low fire rate MMR, you should be able to one shot players. At least the full RED builds with lowest armor. If you disagree, please let me know your opinion in the comments.

- Composure Talent on backpack 15% Damage
- Perfect Glass Canon Talent on check 30% Damage
- 300% Headshot Damage
- 100% Critical Hit Damage
1. Socom MK20 SSR
TU9.0 – Average TTK: 0.59s
Future Nerf 50% PVP Weapon Damage – Average TTK: 1.117s

2. SVD
TU9.0 – Average TTK: 0.47s
Future Nerf 60% PVP Weapon Damage – Average TTK: 1.113s

3. G28
TU9.0 – Average TTK: 0.57s
Future Nerf 50% PVP Weapon Damage – Average TTK: 1.116s

4. MMR

These weapons will be able to one shot players when aiming for head. Damage will look like this:
- Headshot – ~~1,176,588
- Critical Headshot – ~~1,470,735
To balance and differentiate them, should be done through weapon handling and reload speeds. Effectively, all of them have the same DPS.
